1- Can I cancel or modify a hotel reservation? Is there and extra cost to cancel or modify the reservation?
*The hotel will charge one night deposit to secure the booking, which is not refundable in case of cancellation.
*Cancelations 5 days before arrival, same day check in or no show, the hotel will charge full stay.
*If you change the reservation, deposit will not be refundable, the date may only be modified if the hotel has availability and if there is any difference will be pay by the customer.
*Cancellation 6 to 30 days before arrival will be a penalty of 50% percent of the total reservation.
*In particular season (Easter, Christmas and New Year) must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise the total reservation will be charged.
*In case of full payment in advance and no matter the season will be no refund in case of cancellation or no show.
